  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling.
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day return window.

  • Refunds will be issued only in cash upon return approval, as we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be given at the time of return pickup or during the next delivery visit.
